Tabletops & Furniture

Functional pieces where material tactility and everyday use meet.

This is where material meets daily use.

Tabletops and furniture bring material tactility into everyday rituals as surfaces that are touched, used, and lived with, balancing character, weight, and durability over time.

For botanical gelato brand Birds of Paradise’s first ever dine in concept at Mandai Bird Park, Hjgher engaged us to create a series of everyday tabletops for the space.

Kept intentionally neutral in tone, the beige surfaces echo Birds of Paradise’s values of repurposing and thoughtful making, while responding closely to the scale, proportions, and calmness of the interior.

For Roberta’s Pizza at Mandai, House of Numa approached us to create a series of tabletops for the main dining area.

Responding to the resort’s sustainability-led context, we developed a green-speckled surface that echoes the interior’s palette and reinforces the space’s natural, grounded tone. Used across the dining tables, the material brings the green accents of the interior into focus, tying the space together through a subtle but intentional layer of material expression.
