How this Works: From customisation to production specification
Process
Use this colour configurator as a design tool to help visualise and develop unique colour combinations for your project.
Once you’ve selected a colour direction and added it to cart, we’ll review feasibility and confirm next steps within 48 hours via email.
You’ll then receive custom samples within 2–3 weeks.
After reviewing the samples, you can proceed to production or continue refining the colour until you’re happy.
This process is designed to help you move confidently from concept to production.
Formats
Custom colour samples are provided to confirm colour direction and surface expression.
- Sample size: 150 × 150 mm, 3 mm
- Samples are uncoated
Samples are intended for colour evaluation only and are not representative of final production format, thickness, or finishing.
Once a colour is approved, we’ll move into production specification. Custom colours can be produced across the following WONDER formats:
- Tiles (100 x 100mm, 6mm thick)
- Large-format panels (1200 × 2400 mm, 3 , 6 or 9mm thick)
- Coated or Uncoated
Final production details including format, thickness, and finishing are defined at this stage based on application and project requirements.
Colour & variation
Colours are formed purely from recycled textile fibres. We do not add synthetic pigments.
As a result:
- Digital previews are indicative
- Samples may vary slightly in shade, fibre distribution, and speckle size
- We aim to match the intended effect as closely as possible
If a selected colour combination requires additional feedstock sourcing or adjustment, we’ll reach out before sampling begins.
Lead times
Samples: typically 2–3 weeks
Production: typically 6–8 weeks, depending on format, quantity, and level of customisation
For larger quantities or time-sensitive projects, we recommend getting in touch early.
Pricing & Minimum Orders
- Custom colours are developed for production orders
- Minimum order: 5 panels (or equivalent format)
- Sample costs are refunded upon production order
- Production pricing is quoted per project
A non-binding quotation is provided once material format, quantity, and use case are confirmed.
